Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet team in Worsley. You will handle daily vehicle fleet administration and provide broad admin support to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time role offers a salary of £29,000 per year and a competitive benefits package. You will manage inboxes, update systems, liaise on billing/PO queries, raise POs with Dynamix, and support the team with non-technical supplier inquiries.

• Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage Connectwise damages inbox.
• Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs.
• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting non-compliant packs.
• Liaise with accounts/depots regarding billing/PO queries.
• Raise and issue POs using Dynamix.
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers.
• Key2 system administration.
• General administrative support to damage team.
