Job summary

Switch is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Advisor at our Head Office in Exeter. You will monitor the repair of our vehicle assets and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely maintenance. The role requires accuracy and excellent customer service in a small, friendly team.

The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with standard office hours. We offer a supportive environment, on-site facilities, and opportunities to contribute to an expanding fleet operation.

Qualifications

• Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to show great attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft products like Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred Technical knowledge of motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with suppliers, authorising repairs and ensuring vehicles are repaired to agreed timescales.
• Liaising with branches with regard to all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
• Monitoring upcoming maintenance requirements.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and Switch locations.
• Be willing to undertake and perform any other duties as maybe reasonably required of them by their line manager or supervisor.
• Complying with Company policies at all times.

This role is 37.5 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Flexible start times are dependent on the teams requirements.
