Job summary

Northgate is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our vehicle rental operations from the Blaydon-on-Tyne area. You will handle calls, confirm deliveries, and coordinate vehicle movements to ensure timely availability across branches, while providing excellent customer service with a professional approach.

As part of the Northgate team, you’ll join a fast-paced environment where multitasking, organisation, and a can-do attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU Driving Licence required.
• Strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.
• Calm, can-do attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Fast paced environment with call handling and high-demand delivery/collection of vehicles.
• Confirming delivery of vehicles, assessing customer requirements, booking and security checks on higher value cars.
• Collection calls to plan collection within the target time frame.
• Allocate vehicles and organise logistics of drivers within branch.
• Fleet checks daily to ensure vehicles are in the correct location.
• Administration and filing (GDPR).
• Customer complaint handling.
