Northgate is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our busy branch network. You will be the front line for customers and colleagues, ensuring great service and smooth operations as vehicles are booked, moved and managed daily.

No prior industry experience is required; our proven induction training will bring you up to speed. A Full UK or EU driving licence is essential, with a supportive team and clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU Driving Licence required.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential due to induction training.
• Calm, ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the branch.
• Process bookings, resolve rental queries and perform account administration.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
• Support colleagues and managers to ensure vehicles are where they need to be.
