Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Agent at the Banbury branch to reliably handle customer inquiries, bookings, and account administration while coordinating daily vehicle movements to ensure on-time availability.

You will join a busy, fast-paced team with comprehensive induction training; a Full UK/EU driving licence is required and a friendly, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualificações

• No prior vehicle rental experience required; proven induction training will be provided.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required.

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
