Responsibilities

• Monitor driver hours, infringements and overall performance.
• Schedule onsite works, vehicle maintenance and machinery upkeep.
• Support Transport Lead and Onsite Manager with daily operations.
• Book vehicle repairs and maintain 12-week maintenance schedules.
• Maintain operational dashboards and accurate billing information across departments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, engineers and internal teams.
• Review engineer and customer feedback and relay insights to leadership.
• Track driving behaviours including speed, breaks and compliance.
• Ensure expenses, speeding fines and parking fines are processed accurately.
• Follow up on quality of work to maintain high service standards.
• Organise and prioritise team activities and ensure daily targets are clear.
