Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Logistics Administrator to provide day-to-day control across the logistics function. You will manage shared communications, coordinate carriers, maintain vehicle records, and support reporting, claims and issue resolution to protect operational continuity.

You will triage mailbox requests, track shipments, monitor issues, and maintain accurate POD and carrier records while supporting daily updates for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, fleet administration or operational support.
• Experience managing shared mailboxes and stakeholder inquiries.
• Experience liaising with carriers, dealerships, repair providers or third-party suppliers.
• Experience maintaining vehicle, POD, invoice, payment, repair or claims records.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• GDMS or similar systems desirable.
• Equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shared logistics mailbox and triage requests.
• Coordinate day-to-day carrier activity and delivery updates.
• Track shipment progress and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor live issues and escalate exceptions to resolution.
• Manage demo and pool vehicle requests and usage records.
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure asset availability and condition.
• Maintain proof of delivery documentation and carrier records.
• Monitor repair status and follow up on responses and actions.
• Track payment status and invoice exceptions.
