Qualifikationen

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Experience driving regularly and undertaking long-distance journeys.
• Experience working independently and managing day-to-day priorities.
• Experience as a company driver/chauffeur or similar driving role.
• Experience supporting senior managers or business travel.
• Experience with pool car or fleet administration.
• Experience maintaining vehicle, driver, or training records.
• Familiarity with electric vehicles and EV charging.
• Reliable, organised and discreet.
• Good communication and planning skills.
• Flexible with working hours and travel.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional driving support for senior managers and the wider business.
• Manage pick-ups and drop-offs at offices, airports, stations, hotels and other business locations across the UK.
• Plan routes to ensure safe and timely travel.
• Remain available at venues while passengers attend meetings or events.
• Support early starts, late finishes, weekend travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable and ready for use.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report faults or damage promptly.
• Coordinate pool car bookings and day-to-day vehicle administration.
• Arrange or undertake vehicle refuelling when required.
• Support EV charging and ensure vehicles are ready for planned journeys.
• Monitor mileage, vehicle condition and servicing requirements.
• Manage vehicle keys and relevant documentation.
• Support the management of onsite EV chargers.
• Report accidents, damage or maintenance issues through the appropriate process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and driver compliance records.
• General office admin during quieter travel periods.
