Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement, storage, tracking and delivery of finished vehicles across the UK. You will maintain accurate operational data, coordinate with carriers, ports and third-party logistics providers, ensuring on-time delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires automotive logistics experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finished vehicles is preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience handling customs documentation and vehicle registrations.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily vehicle visibility, stock, dispatched vehicles, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries with carriers, ports, and 3PLs.
• Run daily stock checks and ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and issue daily delivery, dispatch and carrier visibility reports.
• Monitor logistics exceptions, delays, risks, and capacity constraints.
• Manage customs processes for vehicle importation and bonded storage.
• Monitor vehicle/customer activity, including PDI and transport status.
• Use forecasts and shipping schedules to assist capacity planning.
• Track logistics KPIs and support corrective actions.
• Communicate with dealers, carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
