Job summary

Markerstudy Group in Uxbridge is seeking Logistics Controllers to join a dynamic team in the credit hire sector. The role involves managing fleet movements of 1000+ vehicles, coordinating deliveries and collections, and liaising with clients to ensure efficient service.

Full-time, permanent position based in Middlesex. You will work with the sales team and hub controllers to optimise routes, manage documentation, and support fleet operations with a proactive, detail-oriented approach under

Qualifications

• Must possess strong knowledge and interest in vehicles.
• Solid understanding of UK geography to optimise fleet use.
• Previous experience delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales to source suitable vehicles for clients and arrange delivery/collection.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to organise efficient delivery and collection.
• Coordinate with satellite hub controllers to maximise fleet utilization and driver efficiency.
• Manage vehicle movements, generate required paperwork, and log notes in Proclaim system.
• Handle damage, faults, servicing and de-fleet tasks as part of fleet management.
• Verify documentation and vehicle condition reports to ensure processes are followed.
