Job summary

Activate Group Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition for FleetScout and AutoPad AVI. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing, collaborating closely with the Solutions Engineer to build robust ROI business cases.

You will work in a hybrid setup across Peterborough or Huddersfield, targeting fleet operators, transport and logistics firms, and vehicle rental or dealership groups.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and engage prospective customers in fleet, transport and logistics sectors.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with outbound and inbound leads.
• Lead commercial discussions and coordinate with Solutions Engineer to build ROI cases.
• Manage proposals, quotations and tender responses end-to-end.
