Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Crawley, West Sussex, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to nurture and grow a B2B automotive and fleet sales portfolio across Sussex and beyond. You will manage existing commercial accounts and win new business, supported by a competitive package and professional team.

The role offers a basic salary of £36,400 with uncapped OTE around £65,000, a company car, and a Monday–Friday pattern from 08:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B automotive sales or corporate/fleet sales.
Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Generate, develop and manage a strong pipeline of B2B, corporate and fleet sales opportunities.
Build and maintain effective relationships with existing commercial customers.
Identify new business opportunities across fleet operators, corporate accounts and local businesses.
Conduct customer needs analysis and present tailored vehicle and fleet solutions.
Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve positive outcomes for customers and the business.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets; work closely with sales and aftersales colleagues.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
Represent the business professionally at client meetings, events and networking opportunities.
