ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for Crawley, West Sussex. The role focuses on generating new business with local companies, building relationships with fleet directors, and managing a busy sales pipeline to deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll work with a successful motor group, handling fleet and B2B opportunities, with a base salary of £36,411 and uncapped OTE of £65,000, plus a company car. Monday–Friday, 40 hours, permanent full-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive phone and meeting approach.
• Experience in Fleet Vehicle Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Premium Automotive Sales.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage workload.

Responsabilités

• Find and develop new business opportunities with local companies and business customers.
• Build relationships with business owners, directors and fleet decision-makers.
• Look after existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow them.
• Understand customers' requirements and assemble suitable vehicle packages.
• Get involved in local networking and build your presence in the business community.
• Manage enquiries and opportunities from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Work with the wider sales team to ensure excellent service to customers.
• Keep on top of the sales pipeline and targets.
• Develop opportunities through the company's broker network.
