Pembrook Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Corporate Business Development Manager to join an established automotive dealership in Crawley, near Gatwick.

The role focuses on identifying and developing new corporate and fleet sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and negotiating commercial agreements to achieve sales targets. A full UK driving licence and strong negotiation skills are essential, with a generous OTE and a company car on offer.

Formación

• Previous experience in corporate sales, business development, fleet sales or account management.
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous.
• A proven ability to generate new business and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the motivation to maximise earning potential.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new corporate and fleet sales opportunities within the local business market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and brokers.
• Generate new business leads and develop existing accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Develop tailored vehicle solutions to meet business customers' requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow corporate sales.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
