Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or fleet office environments.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance and maintenance scheduling is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills are required.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle availability, servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Manage vehicle defects, breakdowns and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise with repairers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor fleet costs and performance across the operation.
