Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Widnes is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate daily vehicle movements, maintenance, and issue resolution. The role requires ensuring uptime and audit readiness while working with internal teams and suppliers.

You will manage vehicle availability, defects, and costs, maintain accurate fleet records and leverage IT tools, including Excel, to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport or fleet office environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance and vehicle maintenance scheduling is advantageous.

Grade: RCS O Shift Premium will apply

Salary: £31,573.62

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Widnes WA8 0PG

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
