Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport or fleet office environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance and vehicle maintenance scheduling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle availability, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage vehicle defects, breakdowns, and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain fleet records and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise with repairers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle issues.
• Monitor fleet costs and performance across the operation.
