Job summary

Msfltd in the United Kingdom seeks a confident Transport Compliance Leader to develop, implement and maintain a robust framework ensuring DVSA, FORS, Drivers’ Hours and Operator Licence compliance. Based at our head office in Northamptonshire, you will travel across the Southeast and East regions as needed to support the framework.

You will provide independent Board assurance that risks are identified, controls are in place and evidence is maintained across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Holds a National CPC qualification.
• Experience in transport compliance, fleet assurance or related operational compliance.
• FORS standards, Operators Licensing, Drivers’ Hours and DVSA requirements knowledge.
• Experience supporting audits, investigations and compliance reviews.
• Able to identify improvements and deliver compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the transport compliance team including manager and administrators.
• Develop, implement and maintain a robust transport compliance framework.
• Provide independent Board assurance on risks, controls and documentation.
• Manage cost targets, budgets and fleet-related spend.
• Oversee record keeping, evidence management and KPI measurement.
• Audit, oversight of suppliers and contractor performance.
