Job summary

Motus Vehicle Solutions is seeking a Fleet Compliance Co-ordinator in Wednesbury to oversee fleet compliance, servicing, MOTs, inspections, and records. The role requires coordination with engineers, suppliers, and management to keep the fleet compliant and available for operation.

The successful candidate will have solid fleet administration experience, knowledge of DVSA regulations, and strong organisational skills, with a Full UK Driving Licence and proficient use of Excel and fleet-tracking

Qualifications

Experience in fleet administration or fleet compliance.
Understanding of fleet compliance and record keeping.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Full UK Driving Licence and knowledge of DVSA regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee fleet maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations and DVSA guidelines.
Coordinate servicing, MOTs, compliance inspections, defects and replacements.
Maintain centralised compliance records and update tracking portals.
Prepare reports and liaise with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensure LOLER, PUWER, and PAT testing requirements are met.
