Fresh Direct is seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to support the Transport Team by managing day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements and ensuring adherence to statutory undertakings for the site at our Bicester depot. You will act as the first point of contact for drivers, schedule regular inspections, arrange servicing, and maintain the defect and inspection records.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm, with a salary of £33,620 and a benefits package including Wagestream, extra

Competenze

• Experience in a similar fleet/compliance role.
• Knowledge of transport O Licence compliance.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for the site.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers needing assistance.
• Schedule regular vehicle inspections and arrange servicing/maintenance.
• Maintain inspection planner and defect/maintenance records.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance.
