Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Fleet Commercial Manager to lead cost control, administration and supplier performance within a fast-paced fleet operation. The role focuses on profitability, process improvement and aligning commercial activity with contractual and financial requirements.

You will oversee cost control teams, analyse costs, manage supplier relationships and drive operational efficiency across the business while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven background in fleet operations within logistics, transport or fleet management.
• Strong analytical and cost analysis abilities.
• Experience leading and developing teams amid fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of cost control and administration teams.
• Ensure robust processes, accurate financial management and supplier performance.
• Maximise profitability and improve operational workflows.
• Oversee contracts, pricing changes and financial controls in line with SLAs.
• Develop SOPs to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Provide reports and insights to senior leadership.
