Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions in Glasgow is seeking an Asset Management Administrator to join our Asset Management & Supply Chain team at the Glasgow Head Office. You will maintain fleet disposals, assist with sales processing and generate monthly reports, leveraging your eye for detail and strong communication to support operations.

You will handle invoicing for the Damage & Loss Team, manage auction admin tasks, and produce MI packs for supplier meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
• The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Previous experience and product knowledge in the hire industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide invoicing support for the Damage & Loss Team.
• Attend to all auction admin tasks.
• Perform all general traffic administrative duties.
• Prepare Management Information pack for Supplier meetings and Reviews.
• Purchase Order Exception Reporting for open and past due orders.
• Raise Purchase Orders within authorisation levels.
• All other Ad Hoc administrative duties as required.
