GAP Hire Solutions in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Risk & Compliance Administrator to join our Safety, Risk & Environmental team. The role focuses on administering tracker/Theft Recovery systems, workplace incidents, insurance, and safety matters, with responsibility for risk information and MI.

The ideal candidate will have prior fast-paced admin experience, excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills (especially Excel and Word), and the ability to meet tight deadlines while supporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced admin role (Health, Safety or compliance environment preferred).
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word.
• Proactive approach with ability to work to tight deadlines while managing customer requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to change in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer GAP Group's tracker/Theft Recovery solution systems, workplace incidents, insurance and safety matters.
• Produce and manage risk information and management information (MI).
