Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleets, assets or stores in a business environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer vehicle and asset issue/return processes and maintain auditable records.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs and compliance tasks.
• Liaise with garages, lease providers, insurers and other suppliers to keep fleet operational.
• Maintain asset registers, track ownership, location and usage history.
• Support health and safety and audit processes and improve processes over time.
