Job summary

Haier Smart Home UK&I Ltd is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). The role carries a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata and offers hybrid working from our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG).

You will support the Fleet Operations Manager, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure our vans and cars are maintained, tracked, serviced and MOTed.

Qualifications

• Administration experience, eye for detail and highly organised approach.
• Maintain data across supplier portals and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers.
• Preferably experience in fleet function.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Fleet Operations Manager.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Maintain data across supplier portals and keep records up to date.
• Ensure fleet of vans and cars is properly maintained, tracked, serviced and MOT’d.
