Job summary

Haier Europe is recruiting a part-time Fleet Administrator to support the Fleet Operations Manager. The role involves managing vehicle maintenance, servicing, MOTs, and liaising with suppliers. 25 hours per week across five days at our Birchwood Park site.

The ideal candidate will have administration experience, excellent attention to detail and strong communication. Benefits include pension, life cover, and training support schemes.

Fleet Administrator£30,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata - this is a part-time role working 25 hours per week over 5 days.As Fleet Administrator , you’ll provide vital day to day support to the Fleet Operations Manager, and liaise with the wider business and external suppliers to ensure smooth running of the fleet function. With responsibility for ensuring our fleet of vans and cars are properly maintained, tracked, serviced, and have a valid MOT, you’ll contribute to our fleets continued safe and efficient operation.With administration experience, an eye for detail, and a highly organised approach, you’ll maintain data across numerous supplier portals and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
