We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to lead our Glasgow workshop. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a major operation, lead experienced technical teams and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to some of the UK's best-known fleet operators.

As Deputy General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our Glasgow workshop, driving productivity, profitability, customer service and technician performance while maintaining the high standards expected of an authorised IVECO dealership.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the workshop. You'll lead technicians and support teams, ensure exceptional customer service, drive productivity and profitability, and create a culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team and act as deputy in their absence.
