Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Customer Service Fleet Advisor based in Watford for a 12-month FTC. The role covers admin support in life vehicle management, maintaining vehicle records and coordinating with suppliers. The position offers a hybrid work pattern with initial in-office training.

The candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage V5 administration and DVLA-related tasks, and work collaboratively within the Fleet Admin team to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with SAFO.
• Owns interaction via telephone/emails through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally.
• Strong IT skills – Word and Excel; high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Admin support in life vehicle management; maintain vehicle records and update suppliers.
• Handle V5 administration, untaxed and SORN vehicles, and debt recovery.
