Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced General Store Manager for a flagship Windsor store in the UK. You will lead a sizeable management and colleague team, drive sales and profitability, and uphold exceptional customer experience in a high-volume environment.

You'll implement operational standards, manage labour and costs, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to deliver results. A resilient, commercially focused leader who thrives in pace and change is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a large management and colleague team.
• Take full ownership of store sales, profitability, productivity and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence across stock, availability, compliance, health & safety and customer experience.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability and succession planning.
• Analyse performance and use data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Manage labour, payroll and operational costs effectively.
• Lead through change and maintain standards during periods of high volume and intense trading.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and wider business objectives.
