• Take full ownership of store sales, profitability, productivity and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence across stock, availability, compliance, health & safety and customer experience.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability and succession planning.
• Analyse performance and use data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Manage labour, payroll and operational costs effectively.
• Lead through change and maintain standards during peak trading periods.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and wider objectives.
