Qualifications

• Experience managing flagship or large-format stores.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong P&L, KPI, and performance management experience.
• Excellent commercial awareness balancing customer experience and financial performance.
• Outstanding leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead through change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large leadership and colleague team within a flagship retail environment.
• Own the store P&L, delivering sales growth, profitability and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence across stock, compliance, health & safety, availability and customer experience.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning and strong people leadership.
• Analyse business performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities and continuously improve results.
• Manage labour, payroll and operational costs while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Ensure the flagship store consistently delivers best-in-class operational execution and commercial performance.
• Partner with regional leadership to deliver strategic business initiatives and support wider business objectives.
