This is a high-profile opportunity for an accomplished retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume and commercially demanding environment. You'll take full ownership of a complex operation, leading a large team while driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

The Opportunity

As General Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the store, leading a sizeable management and colleague population and setting the standard for performance across the operation.

You’ll be responsible for sales, profitability, productivity, customer experience, operational standards and people development. You’ll need the leadership presence and resilience to manage competing priorities while keeping your team focused, engaged and delivering results.

About You

You’ll be an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Retail Manager with a proven track record in a high-volume retail environment.

You’ll bring:
