Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit a General Store Manager for a flagship Central London store. You’ll own the store’s sales, profitability and customer experience, setting high standards and delivering results.

We’re seeking an energetic retail leader who can manage a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, drive commercial performance and people development, and inspire change while upholding operational excellence.

You'll take full ownership of a complex operation, leading a large team while driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

The Opportunity

As General Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the store, leading a sizeable management and colleague population and setting the standard for performance across the operation.

You will be responsible for sales, profitability, productivity, customer experience, operational standards and people development. You'll need the leadership presence and resilience to manage competing priorities while keeping your team focused, engaged and delivering results.
