Job summary

Twinings Strands in London seeks a customer-focused ambassador to enhance the shopping experience and manage the tea bar, till operations, and event support. You will host Masterclasses, assist with bespoke experiences, and ensure the Strand store remains immaculate and welcoming.

The role requires knowledge of teas, strong communication, and the ability to engage customers. Applicants should be prepared for assessment days and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to perform different tasks
• Willingness to learn and engage with customers

Responsibilities

• Assist shop floor sales and enhance customer experience with friendly interactions
• Handle tills, bookings for Masterclass Programme, deliveries, and restocking
• Maintain Strand flagship store aesthetics and equipment care
• Brew, serve and explain a wide range of Twinings teas to customers
• Lead Masterclasses in the Tasting Room with tea knowledge and public speaking
