Job summary

AMAYA JEWELLERY is recruiting a Flagship Store Manager for our London launch. You will lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver a 5-star experiential shopping experience, hit commercial targets, and position Amaya as a premier jewellery destination in London.

This role offers strong growth within our UK expansion, with potential to rise to Multi-Site/Cluster Manager. Start mid-October, on-site at the London Flagship, with a competitive package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Store Management experience in premium retail or lifestyle brands.
• Natural motivator with a proven track record of developing staff.
• Results-driven with strong analytical skills to drive KPIs.
• Hands-on and creative, eager to learn custom jewellery crafting/assembly.
• Customer-obsessed with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team for the UK flagship launch.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and brand loyalty through personalized service and CRM.
• Own store performance including sales targets, ATV, UPT, conversion and stock/operations management.
