Job summary

Landers Recruitment Ltd is assisting a well-established national retailer in Manchester to recruit an experienced General Manager for its flagship store. You will own store performance, lead a large in-store team, and drive local marketing, P&L management, staff recruitment and development, while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience, preferably in Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, or Catering.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

• Overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Leading, managing, and developing a large in-store team.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
