Job summary

You will own store performance, lead a large in-store team, and drive local marketing, P&L management, staff recruitment and development, while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Our client, a well-established national company with over 250 stores across the UK are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their Flagship Manchester Store.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance and day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Full P&L responsibility
• Leading, managing, and developing a large in-store team
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
• Driving local marketing initiatives
• Monitoring and responding to competitor activity
