Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Night Support Worker for Ashfield House in Raunds, Northamptonshire. This fixed-term role covers maternity leave and offers 21 hours per week with shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, including weekends.

Salary is £13.57 per hour. Ashfield House is a 40-bed residence for older people, providing person-centred care with full training and ongoing support from Shaw Healthcare.

Ashfield House is a 40 bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and for those with dementia, care can be arranged for long term or respite situations. A purpose-built care home designed to facilitate the provision of high quality, person-centred care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
