Shaw Healthcare’s Ashfield House in Raunds, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Fixed term Part time Night Support Worker to cover maternity leave. Location: Ashfield Avenue, Raunds. Salary: £13.57 per hour; Hours: 21 per week; Fixed-term to September 2027.

Ashfield House is a 40 bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and for those with dementia, care can be arranged for long term or respite situations. A purpose-built care home designed to facilitate the provision of high quality, person-centred care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
