Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a part-time Night Support Worker for Ashfield House in Raunds. The role offers a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with a shift from 20:00 to 08:00 and a 21-hour week.

The hourly rate is £13.57, and the position includes weekend work in a care home for older people, including dementia care. No prior experience is required; Shaw values your personal approach and development through training and support.

Location: Ashfield Avenue, Raunds, Northamptonshire NN9 6DX

Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: 21 hours a week

Fixed term to cover maternity leave until September 2027

Shift Times: 20:00pm - 08:00am. Includes weekends

Ashfield House is a 40 bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and for those with dementia, care can be arranged for long term or respite situations. A purpose-built care home designed to facilitate the provision of high quality, person-centred care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
