Job summary

Sandalwood Court, operated by Shaw Healthcare, is seeking a Part-time Night Support Worker to provide compassionate care in a 60-bed home. The role runs 21 hours weekly with night shifts 20:00–08:00 across a rotating schedule; no prior experience is required as full training is provided.

Part time Night Support Worker at Sandalwood Court

Location: Butland Road, Oakley Vale, Corby NN18 8QA

Hours: 21 hours a week

Shift Times: 20:00pm - 08:00am

Week 1 - Tuesday and Wednesday, Week 2 - Friday and Saturday, Week 3 - Thursday, Week 4 - Tuesday and Saturday.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
