Shaw Healthcare in Oundle, Northamptonshire is looking for a Full time Day Support Worker to join Abbott House. The role is 36 hours per week with shifts from 07:45 to 20:15, located at a 40-bed elderly care home near the town of Oundle.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, and work as part of a team. Training and ongoing development are provided, with no prior experience required and values matter most.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
