Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality hot and cold food in line with airline specifications and dietary requirements.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Assist in managing stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper rotation of ingredients.
• Support line management in maintaining clean, safe, and organized workstation environments.
• Work collaboratively within a busy kitchen team to ensure all flight delivery deadlines are met consistently.
