Job summary

Drnewitt is recruiting a permanent Chef de Partie for a global leader in airline catering based at Glasgow Airport. In a modern, high-volume kitchen you will prepare and present meal options to international airlines, ensuring adherence to airline specifications and HACCP standards.

The role offers 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with shifts from early mornings to early evenings and no late finishes. The position includes training, on-site parking and clear opportunities for career

Qualifications

Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar high-volume kitchen.
Food Safety Level 2 certification or equivalent.
Reliable, punctual and able to meet strict deadlines.
Must be able to provide 5-year work/education history and pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality hot and cold food per airline specifications and dietary needs.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
Assist in managing stock, minimize waste, and rotate ingredients.
Support line management to maintain clean, safe workstation environments.
Collaborate with a busy kitchen team to meet flight delivery deadlines.
