The Oxford Collection is seeking a Deputy Reception Manager for the Old Parsonage Hotel in Oxford. You will lead the Front Desk team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage reservations while upholding five-star standards throughout the guest journey.

Responsibilities include maintaining exemplary personal presentation, training and supporting staff, and leveraging the collection’s hotel, venue, and dining offerings to enhance guest stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality/hotels or high-end service environments.
• Proven track record of leading front desk teams and delivering five-star guest experiences.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; communicates clearly with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Represent The Oxford Collection’s high standards in appearance and conduct at all times.
• Lead by example at the Front Desk, supervising and supporting team members.
• Provide genuine, attentive, pro-active guest service and build strong guest relationships.
• Ensure check-in/check-out tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee daily tasks from the daily checklists and handovers, and manage reservations.
• Know hotel, venue and restaurant offerings and promote them appropriately.
