Park Plaza in London is seeking a personable Concierge to welcome guests and assist with requests, ensuring a five-star service standard across our hotel.

You will support the Head Concierge, manage guest arrivals, provide local information, arrange luggage assistance, car services, and coordinate with other departments to exceed expectations. You will connect with guests from diverse backgrounds and create memorable moments through attentive, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience as Concierge in a hotel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Concierge and represent the department in their absence.
• Arrange concierge services such as information on local events, luggage assistance, or car services.
• Provide personalised five-star service to all guests and be aware of arrivals, including VIPs.
