Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Five-Star front-of-house service and manage guest flow.
• Escort guests, handle luggage, and give directions.
• Upsell services to maximize property revenue and guest satisfaction.
