Job summary

The Gym Group is seeking a motivated Fitness Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy Staples Corner gym. You will lead a team of fitness trainers, shape the class timetable, and champion our culture of inclusivity, energy, and outstanding member service.

In this role you will also handle on-site admin, uphold safety standards, and have the option to PT within employed hours, retaining earnings with no annual licence fee.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to manage and develop the gym team.
• Ability to drive member engagement and service standards.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety policies and daily checks.
• Comfortable with admin tasks and rostering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the fitness team to deliver exceptional member experience.
• Manage group exercise timetable and upskill trainers to deliver classes.
• Support GM with on-site operations, rotas, time tracking, and security checks.
• Act as keyholder for emergencies and uphold company values and standards.
