Job summary

PureGym is looking for an Assistant Gym Manager to inspire and lead a team of fitness professionals. You will help deliver outstanding member experiences and support the Gym Manager in daily operations at our UK clubs.

With a 40-hour week and a competitive annual salary, you will drive group exercise, staff development, and community engagement to grow membership and sustain excellent service standards. This role is ideal for someone who loves fitness and helping people feel better.

Qualifications

• L2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise.
• Ability to lead and develop a gym team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent member experience in the club alongside the Gym Manager.
• Recruit, develop and supervise a team of Fitness staff.
• Lead club outreach and community events to grow joiners.
• Manage Group Exercise (GEX) offering within the gym.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff.
