Job summary

The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager for our Nottingham Radford gym. You will support the General Manager and deputise in their absence, driving member engagement and leading our team of fitness trainers.

You will own the Group Exercise timetable, ensure high service standards, maintain safety checks, and help drive the gym’s commercial performance while modelling our values and culture. Flexible contracts available and you can PT in the gym around your hours, retaining 100% of earnings

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or current study.
• Passion for health and fitness with a strong member focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-gym service to boost member satisfaction.
• Line manage fitness trainers and motivate the team.
• Develop the Group Exercise timetable and upskill staff.
• Support the General Manager with admin tasks and safety checks.
• Act as a keyholder for emergencies and ensure daily operations meet standards.
